Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
All payments made to SavePorn are final and non-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans, including monthly and annual billing cycles.
Payments are processed via credit/debit card or bank transfer (through our payment provider, CCBill), via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), or TON — directly or through MetaMask), or via Telegram Stars. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature of the underlying blockchain technology; once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or charged back by either party. Card and bank payments are subject to CCBill's own terms and dispute process — if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@save.porn and we will work with CCBill to resolve it.
2. Free Plan
Every account starts on the free plan, which lets you save up to 5 videos with no payment information required. We encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate the Service before upgrading. Paid Premium plans (monthly or annual) remove the limit and add library export.
3. What You're Paying For
Your subscription payment covers access to the SavePorn cloud bookmarking service, including:
- Unlimited video bookmarks
- Library export
- Cross-device synchronization
- Browser extensions and native apps
Your subscription begins immediately upon payment confirmation and remains active for the duration of the billing period you selected (30 days for monthly, 365 days for annual).
4. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@save.porn. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, extend your subscription period to compensate for significant service disruptions.
5. Cancellation
You may stop using the Service at any time. There is no auto-renewal — each payment (card, bank, or cryptocurrency) is a one-time transaction for a specific billing period — so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply continues until the end of your current billing period.
If you wish to delete your account before your subscription expires, you may do so through account settings. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.
6. Exceptions
In rare circumstances, such as duplicate payments caused by network or payment-provider issues, we may issue a credit or extend your subscription at our discretion. To report a potential duplicate payment, contact us at support@save.porn with the relevant transaction details (blockchain hash or payment reference).
