Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

All payments made to SavePorn are final and non-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans, including monthly and annual billing cycles.

Because payments are processed via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT on the Ethereum network), transactions are irreversible by nature of the underlying blockchain technology. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or charged back by either party.

2. Free Trial

Every new account receives a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. We strongly encourage you to use this trial period to evaluate the Service before making any payment. No payment information is required to start your trial.

3. What You're Paying For

Your subscription payment covers access to the SavePorn cloud bookmarking service, including:

Your subscription begins immediately upon payment confirmation and remains active for the duration of the billing period you selected (30 days for monthly, 365 days for annual).

4. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@save.porn. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, extend your subscription period to compensate for significant service disruptions.

5. Cancellation

You may stop using the Service at any time. Since there is no auto-renewal (each payment is a one-time cryptocurrency transaction for a specific billing period), there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply continues until the end of your current billing period.

If you wish to delete your account before your subscription expires, you may do so through account settings. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

6. Exceptions

In rare circumstances, such as duplicate payments caused by blockchain network issues, we may issue a credit or extend your subscription at our discretion. To report a potential duplicate payment, contact us at support@save.porn with both transaction hashes.
