Welcome to SavePorn ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated at save.porn. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use SavePorn. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SavePorn complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We make no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. If you access the Service from a jurisdiction where bookmarking adult content is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk.
2. Service Description
SavePorn is a video bookmarking service. We allow you to save URLs (web addresses) from adult video websites, along with associated metadata such as titles and thumbnails.
We do not host, stream, distribute, cache, or store any video content. SavePorn stores only URLs and metadata. The actual video content remains on the third-party websites where it was originally published. We have no control over the availability, legality, or content of third-party websites.
3. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Create and maintain only one account per person.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at security@save.porn if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Provide a valid email address for authentication and communication purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with any other person.
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service or extract data.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to bookmark URLs containing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other illegal content. We will immediately terminate such accounts and report to the relevant authorities.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.
- Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
SavePorn offers paid subscription plans. All new accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start your trial.
Payments are processed exclusively through cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT) or via MetaMask. All payments are final and non-refundable. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Intellectual Property
We do not claim ownership of the content you bookmark. The URLs and metadata you save remain associated with their respective third-party sources.
The SavePorn service itself — including its user interface, design, source code, branding, and documentation — is the intellectual property of SavePorn and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. In cases of severe violations (such as bookmarking illegal content), termination will be immediate.
Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time through the Service's account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.
Upon termination by either party, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- Any bookmarked video will remain available on its source website.
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Availability tracking will detect all changes to video status on third-party websites.
- Metadata, thumbnails, or other information fetched from third-party sources will be accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SavePorn and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice within the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if that fails, through binding arbitration.
